Honey Lemon Rosemary Chicken

- 3 1/2 tbsp honey
- 4 chicken breast halves
- 2 tbsp plus 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 1/4 tsp crushed rosemary leaves
- 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients, except chicken, in a bowl. Dip chicken breasts in honey mixture and arrange in a shallow baking dish. Bake 40-50 minutes, or until chicken is just cooked through, brushing occasionally with remaining sauce.
