Sonoma Turkey Barbecue

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/3 cup tomato paste
- 1/2 cup white Zinfandel
- 3 lbs turkey breasts
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- to taste salt
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp chili powder
- to taste pepper

Mix together tomato paste, wine, onion, cilantro, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Rub turkey breast with oil. Grill in covered barbecue, using indirect method for 10 to 15 minutes per pound to 170°F internal temperature. Brush with some sauce during last 1/2 hour of cooking time. Thin remaining sauce to desired consistency, bring to a boil and serve with sliced turkey.
