Ingredients:
  • 3 cups water
  • 6 lb flank steak
  • 3/4 lb Yorkshire Farms bacon
  • 2 pks dry onion soup
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms

25 grams protein, 15 grams Fat, 20 grams Carbohydrates, No sugars
 
Preparation:
PLACE MUSHROOMS IN CENTER OF STEAK AND FOLD SIDES OF STEAK TO CENTER WRAP STUFFED STEAK WITH BACON MIX ONION SOUP WITH 3 CUPS OF BOILING WATER POUR SOUP MIXTURE OVER STEAK BAKE AT 375 DEGREES FOR 15-20 MINUTES UNTIL STEAK IS COOKED BROIL 1 MINUTE, OR UNTIL BACON IS COOKED.
